Prime Nest Realty Real Estate Signs
California real estate signs must comply with the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) regulations and brokerage requirements. Prime Nest Realty requires every real estate sign to display the brokerage logo, agent name, license number, and all required information before it can be used. Following these real estate sign requirements helps ensure every listing complies with California law and company branding standards.
1. Brokerage Identity (logo)
2. Agent Name
3. Agent License Number
Due to these new marketing requirements, the Prime Nest Realty Inc. no longer has preprinted signs available for purchase. All signs must be personally customized and ordered.
You may use any sign template and/or sign company that you prefer, however our company logo, your name, and your license number must appear on your sign.

Please note that if you decide not to use the pre-approved Prime Nest Realty Inc. sign templates, you must submit your design for Broker approval to ysanchez@primenestrealty.com prior to ordering the signs.
